• As a leader ask yourself if this meeting is really necessary or would it be more effective to have a 1:1 or other form of communication

• Connect people

• Humanize the meeting and use video

• Encourage collaborative problem solving – as the meeting leader call on people to share their thoughts. (Note: simply going around the table may not always work).

• Make sure ‘technology works’ and that all participants are comfortable with it.
