Think about your skills and experience that are relevant to the employer. How will the company benefit if they hire you? What will you do/improve for them?

Here is some language and structure you can use in your next interview:

Use words such as contribute, development, motivation, problem-solving, accomplish, goals, skills, solve problems, communicate effectively, improve processes, etc.

Example 1:
